It's possible to reach the boss wheel before entering Challenge of Hades by doing a high jump into the wooden stairway above (where there are two chests, after save point). However, it's not loaded until you do the challenge like normal.
IV - Maybe if you try to go through there, or another wall during the fight(it would be difficult and risky, could die in the process.) the next room is loaded.
I suppose it's possible, since there are ways to lengthen your jump without Hermes Stomp. But you might not be able to get out of the other end with your low amount of magic.
Great stuff. I think I'll go and try some of this stuff. What is the combo you are using with artemis? And I understand the BoC "highest jump" requires lvl 3 blades?
It's square, square, circle - it rises you up the most and lets you stay in the air the longest. Square, circle is also useful in some circumstances. It requires Lv. 4 for BoC, since you won't get the air triangle attack until then.
Thanks. When using the BoA it seems like there is potenial due to being able to move forward as well - instead of just straight up. Are you able to glitch through ceilings with BoA? Because when I was trying it and ran into something above me, my PR would cut short and end the jump. I tried it a few times. I will try the s, s, c combo instead of s, c and see if that makes it a little easier. Thanks again.
Remember that you can do a normal jump and a Hermes Stomp from BoC's continuing high jump, making it overall more versatile IMO. Also, if the ceiling cuts your movement short, just be ready to start a new combo before you fall down. Sometimes this works...
I was not jumping after doing the L1+T. I was just activating another PR. Maybe that is all I need to do to get higher and give the magic just a little bit longer to regenerate.

I think I've tried this with swimming glitch. Nothing was there (in fact, during the boss fight all the areas around the boss room were unloaded.

I - nice alternative way
II - Now seen in video form
III - Figures doesn't it? Would have been great.
IV - There tricky loading system cock blocks yet again *lol*
V - How sad
VI and VII - Figures
VIII - Was thinking of asking you to try that before I saw it too failed
IX - MOAR testing is needed I see. You've done very well.

Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't (even with BoC). But it seems that BoA's attack is more lenient in letting you enter inside the ceiling.

But you can only do it once, so make it count. You can grab ledges with it, etc.
