poor guy don't know that Mercer is already dead he is just the Blacklight virus, I wonder if he gets to "Alex" and finds out the truth hopefully he don't really kill him, but since "Alex" can be blown up by a nuke and come right back who knows

Actually, it was Greene who killed his family (but indirectly Mercer for releasing her) with the virus. He blames Mercer because he is the virus and is now the ruler of New York and is spreading the virus. He also took an interest in Heller and infected him personally. Now due to this being the exact opposite of Mercer's original goal, this new Mercer may be something else or the virus part of him becoming dominant.
