This is such a beautiful song, as soon as I heard it I thought it would win. But then it is a bit old fashioned for the 90s, I'm sure if it had been in a 60s or 70s contest it would have won or come much higher up.

This is such a beautiful song and Alma and Dejan sang it wonderfully. I was in the audience and the Irish audience gave them the biggest applause on the night. They were wonderful and the song still sounds great!!!!

ok, yes, i can totally sympathise with the fact that there was a war in bosnia back then, but did they have to enter such a terrible song and especially such a male singer? and why did they have to let everybody else know that he had been injured in the war and stuff? no one should ever capitalise on other people's misery in order to get points! bliah!
these are lies, muslim never wanted islamic republic and europe has problem with bosnian muslim but you know what, even though a lot people were killed of all nationalities (croats, serbs, and bosniaks)love won in the end and here in sarajevo we still live all together and love each other like we lived for centuries, to me the nationality, religion and color of the skin are not important and we are not guilty for someones sick ideas and some stupid people who respect and love nobody,sick minds
That was a civil war. Bosnia was NOT attacked. More then 3500 sebs are killed in Sarajevo (non soldiers). Many of croats die in Mostar. Moslem wanted a islamic republic. That`s was a problem and reason for the beginning war in Bosnia.
All free people voted to brake free from Cetnikslavia . Bosnians wanted Bosnia , basterds from Serbia wanted war against Bosnia so thay made up a lot of bullshit.

Very beautiful song, although he looked a little bewildered at the beginning and his singing was very faint. However, once he got going the quality of the song outed itself - a very good first attempt.
the audience are making such a noise he cant hear the orchestra , who due to time constraints, have already started playing (not waiting for the audience to quieten down). that explains the start....

Actually this was Bosnia's 2nd entry (1993 was their 1st entry) - the Yugo Civil War was at its height around the time of the competition & we were unsure if Bosnia would be able to compete (it was almost impossible to leave the country - airport under constant attack) - the ovation was for solidarity between all countries to a country that was being attacked by another.
