If any other non-Germans are wondering about the eagle paper that goes "Cuckoo", it's a representation of a seal that was attached to assets that were seized by the government for debts. The seal had the German eagle on it, and was popularly known as the Kuckuck, or Cuckoo. The current seal, or Pfandsiegel, does not have the eagle on it, but is still known as the Kuckuck.
This animator spent time in a prizon camp after the war for his 'propaganda cartoons' While some are a little creepy, they seem innocent enough. Fischerkoesen is being rehabilitated now--it is interesting to see some of his work. Note: the pig is a lucky animal in Germany.Oskar Fischinger also did advers for Muratti cigarettes.

Google his biography. It's a little bit different. He was in prison after war, but didn't make nazi propaganda cartoons.
