Actually the Constitution does not "warn that America must never let anyone set up a central bank that takes away Congress's right to print money". No such warning exists. Read it yourself. Also, the Constitution does not give or assign "rights" to anyone! It does delegate authority to Congress to emit bills of credit, coin money and regulate the value thereof.
Yes, Congress illegally "gave" away their sole authority by passing the Federal Reserve Act.

Well with money being hot right now, it's value swingling wildly depending on what the item is you are wanting to spend it on. If you want to be a house , it might have enough value to buy it, but if you save it to buy food, fuel, clothing, or pay taxes in future, it might not have enough
