i am so grateful to my older sister, she saw the Beatles live, went to Woodstock, all that, if it wasn't for the older generation showing the way alot of us would be unaware of true greatness, we would think Bieber and Gaga are talented(BTW, they are not!)
the mans dead atleast respect he can't defend himself and your kicking a dead body you mental miget let him die in piece as a person I hate stupid plus evil always gets my blood up ignore them
I think goerge was maybe by his motives and use of speech the mosst intellegent beatle anybody can sound smart with a good voice but it's really about the words and how you use them
@erik5222 - Sounds like you have a thing with hair, maybe because you don't have any?
And your just jealous of George Harrison who had a very very good head of hair right to the end of his life. I loved his long hair , it looked great on him
I have news for you, women like men with beautiful heads of hair.
You wish you had hair like George Harrison.
He was absolutley georgeous on the inside and out.
You know there are always whores on every video, like you, that demand attention. They need it and instead of doing something worth getting noticed you badmouth one of the greatest musicians in the whole world. And you hope people will agree with you. Get the fuck out of here you stupid cunt. Plus he got way more girls than you ever will.
Cool- George in his "All Things Must Pass" look. He must have talked a long time, they went from daylight to dark! I enjoyed the T-shirt joke, too. Thanks for posting.
George gave me many gifts. I discovered God in part due to George. I have enjoyed his music many many times. George did many good things that have benefited a lot of people. We really were blessed to have him incarnate in our lifetime.
George is always with us. I still feel his serene presence whenever i hear that soothing voice. I always felt George at his best somehow channeled the Divine. He is a dear soul and I miss him, and John, but in George's case his spirit had become so serene it's like he never left. Where would he go?
I played in Beatle tribute band for quite a while, doing the George part which was a great time for me. I always loved him the best and he was the main reason I began playing lead guitar. R.I.P . George. we miss ya! Mike L
Harrison a waterboy?? That's talking nonsense. Like these user said "if you don't like George or his legacy , please leave" Anyone who has a bit of musical sensitivity would realize the great musician and person George was, just as listening to his music and lyrics, his guitar playing full of passion and subtle details that could move you more than a entire song of other musicians. Simply a beautiful man, and constant inspiration for me.
NOTE: The following Rolling Stone transcript from interview with Frank Sinatra, includes SO CALLED praise for Harrison's Something:
-
Frank: Let me tell you something, yesterday was the greatest! R/S: Which? Something or Yesterday? Frank: Yes! That was SOMETHING yesterday! R/S: Something? Frank: What? R/S: Or Yesterday? Frank: Ahh, yesterday! That was SOMETHING! R/S: Something? Frank: No,Yesterday! R/S: What? Frank: No, yesterday! R/S: Yesterday was great? Frank: Yes, wasn't it something?
george was an amazing lead guitar player! very colorful melodic country, rock and blues licks all mixed together! and that great liverpool sound!! the beetles where one of kind because of the four individuals in the band who played off each other! all 4 equals creating a magical sound!
Please everyone: Don't leave nasty comments in this channel. All I want to do is share the great talent of George Harrison, with love and respect. If you don't like this space or George Harrison legacy, please go somewhere else.
@georgeharrisonchile Its a bit too edited isnt it? If all you really wanted to do was share the great talent of George Harrison then Let It Be so we can decide for ourselves. Its how George would have wanted it, No?
@halvaman3 I just put together all the little bits of video in which George appears, from The Beatles Anthology EPK. I don´t have the entire interview, I just wanted to hear George point of view, without all the other guys.
@georgeharrisonchile Just to share with you... I like to see stuff about George. Because of him and a few others, I try to be a better person. The Buddhist philosophy. Peace - Namaste.
@erikss0n1982 Dont bother,he's purely trolling. He's got half a dozen YT accounts. ALL of which are dedicated to badmouthing Harrison...and I agree with you, on the point that if we knew this loser in real life, we'd find some stupid, pathetic things out. I draw the line at "interesting" though, unless you count the 20 corpses that the psycho probably has in his basement
why do you expect George harrison to be 100% perfect human being, with all of the excesses of massive power fame and wealth ... and you can't be even remotely decent, without having all of those influences to sway you the wrong way?
He has multiple accounts, all used to post idiotic, non-factual and hateful nonsense on Harrison vids.
Dont bother trying to refute anything he says, he isnt interested in facts, they tend to get in the way of his opinion...and so will subsequently disregard them.
It's best just to laugh at someone spending a considerable amount of their life dedicated to something like this..it's tragic
I for one loved the Free as a Bird video and the production of the song. Amazing is the only word to describe the outcome. Money was not the motive...... it was the idea that re-created this song.
george was just a very bad businessman, opposite of yoko who was a conniving money-hungry slut. anyone who says we should respect Yoko is just a dumb fuck because she has consitently treated everyone in the Beatle story like they're worth nothing. that fucking yellow bitch should go straight to Hell.
@FrightwoIf Neil was Apple 's manager, and he had produced several independent documentary films as a sideline. He had produced a documentary film on the Beatles in 1970 but both George and Paul said they would not participate. So that killed the project. It set on a shelf for 20 years. Paul began to favor the idea of getting it out following John's death, and George finally gave his OK around 1990.
@FrightwoIf Actually, Neil Aspinall was the driving force behind the Anthology. Paul and George's refusal to participate in it kept the project on the shelf for over 20 years. And the only reason George was was heard to talk about the Beatles is that it is the only thing interviewers asked him about when he was trying to publicize his post-Beatles projects.
Anyone who makes fun or puts down this man is a delusional fucking retarded lost soul. What the fuck has George done to you, he is an essential part of the Beatles. Think what you want but sad to break it to you. Without him you wouldn't have the fucking Beatles. Considering he and Paul were the first two Beatles to ever meet. Get a fucking life Frightwolf your kind of a sick bastard.
@FrightwoIf Haha, 'standing guard'. I watched this vid because I'm interested in what he had to say about the anthology. I watch his music vids because I like his music.
So if I happen to glance down at the comments, and notice the same psycho trol-lol-lolling along, I'm gonna alert other ppl what you're up to...I think it's only fair.
I'm someone who loves his music and am interested in his take on things, yet I bet I havent watched/commented nearly as many as you-which is sad and mad...no?
@FrightwoIf@cadykity What you might not realise 'cadykity', is that this IS 'FrightwoIf''s life.
He spends his days obsessively trolling George Harrison clips, despite having Harrison's picture on his profile.
It's all a bit Mark Chapman-esque for my liking. We can only hope that Frightwolf is using the computer in his padded cell to do this, it's a frightening thought that this maniac could be rolling among us
My own view is despite some moments when George appeared to laugh or smile, overall he wasn't thrilled about participating in the Anthology. He was never one to talk about his Beatle past and never really wanted to work with Paul again. My guess was that the money was too good to pass up, for what little time involvement was required from him. So once again he played the game.
@FrlghtWolf You're an idiot, Go spread your negativity somewhere else, and perhaps before you open your mouth next time you really ought to try learning a lil something about who and what you're mouthing off about.
