My Dad almost got killed in Puerto Rico, He lived there 40 years. He had a beautiful home in the campo of Naguabo then one day thugs invaided his home and beat the shit out of him, Cracked his head open then they broke his wrist trying to defend himself so he crawled to a neighbors house down the road and got help. they sent him to centro medico where he laid in a bed in the hallway for two weeks the FBI just busted 80 cops in oct everybody is on SS dissibilty fuck that place

I just the video & what happened was that the guy with the yellow shirt was resisting the arrest, but further he cooperate. But apparently, cops shoot at him for no reason and evrybody saw them killing the guy. Cops said it was self defence but the yellow-shirt-guy was unarmed.

he was a married man who had three sons, the police killed because he had a scooter on the sidewalk, the police said that if he didn't moved it he would be arrested, there were a lot of scooter and motorcycles in the sidewalk but it was him who had to move it, when he said he would move it in a second the cop, tried to arrest him, threw him to the ground and shot him, then the cops didn't call an ambulance, and when they got to the hospital the cop laughed in front of the man's wife.

this is definitely police brutality. The gentleman with the yellow shirt has his hands down on his side and even after the police puts him on the floor he does not threaten the police at any moment. This police officer should be thrown out of the force and be put in jail for what he has done. Brutl Way To Murder Someone!!!!!!

En gran medida somos todos responsables debido a nuestra pasividad y conformismo. Hemos aceptado docilmente que este tipo de situación, que apunta a causas mayores y profundas, sea "resuelto" por las propias instituciones que deberiamos poner en tela de juicio (¿La propia policía o el FBI? ¿Acaso nuestra memoria es tan corta?). Es como aceptar que el diablo investigue el infierno. Mientras sigamos aceptando la normalización de lo excepcional...mmmm.. no iremos por buen camino.

it clearly started when the police grabbed him by the neck and forced him down. True, the guy does appear to be reaching for the cops gun, but the police were not letting the man walk the streets. The police seem to have escalated this then made the final act one of an execution rivaled only by the mafia they claim to oppose.

so when did all this happen? looks to me like the guy was fighting the cops and reaching for one cops gun as he was sitting against the wall with the cop standing over him. still, the actions were excessive

yes it was Cause that bitch cop shot that guy 6 or 7 times in the arm in his back and that guy was in the floor hurt he wasnt fighting nomore but that cop didnt want to arrest him he wanted to kill him cause the last shot was in the back of his head.that guy was a good guy he was a religious person he was a father of two now his kids suffering cause this bitch cop killed there father. but now that cop is fucked cause the F.B.I is investigating

Si pusieran la pena de muerte en la isla estas suciesas no se verian en la isla. Si contrataran personas con universidad, con algo de inteligencia para la Polica de PR y claro la pagaran como se debe, estas HIJEPUTADAS no pasarian en la isla. Lamentablemente, la Policia de PR tiene el mas alto indice de corrupcion pero a la vez, solo pueden contratar ineptos y personas sin ninguna clase de educacion formal.

Umm.. ¿pena de muerte? ¡No caigamos en esa trampa! La pena de muerte no sería para los que tienen medios para evadirla. Aquí hay una cultura estatal de impunidad contra estos gorilas: le bajan la fianza y pa`la casa. ¡Es precisamente esa idea, la de "mano dura" y/o "castigo seguro" la que es realmente engañosa! Pq en el fondo solo sirve para seguir criminalizando la pobreza y no toca, muy convenientemente, el problema de fondo. Concuerdo contigo en el asunto de la educación.
