She tried to destroy the "legacy" of Victor Lord (because he sexually abused Viki as a child). She burned down Llanfair and tried to burn down the banner. She was filled with a lot of hatred and anger and that hatred caused her to commit acts of violence while trying to destroy Victor's legacy. Tori and Tommy were Viki's most destructive and dangerous alters.
Clint was really the only man for Viki...I know people love Joe and Viki; Sloan and Viki; Ben and Viki, and now Charlie and Viki; but I think Clint Ritchie and Erika Slezak were a beautiful couple together.
you figure Andy could have just called for help using a portable "walky-talky" device instead of having to wait to run downstairs to get the fire squad. she could have kept an eye on Viki and radio'ed the firesquad at the same time.
