It was like that when I was there in 72-73. I had my motorcycle stolen from the Community College one night, the thief cut through a link chain like butter. Two other guys I knew said they saw cops there with the truck that hauled my bike off. I hated that F'ing place, not because of the good people but the crooks that run the island from the police force and government.

He says Im lucky because Im white. The lady who took my fingerprints said 'You're a disgrace to our freedom!' It was a reckless driving ticket...

Disgusting, these Guam Police officer's are known throughout Micronesia that they are Racist...I've lived their in 70's and know people from my island that have been murderd their.
