@cwade12c "../" I have had to use atleast 500x in the websites I have made. and 100x in a map generator I made for a game. and in several other applications. The thing I did wrong was I tried redirecting the whole directory. I tried referencing it like it was an external link thinking thats what it was looking for. but yeah I did that wrong. I did not try an internal file directory. I am well educated I try then if I can not get it if every attempt fails then I look only for what I did wrong.

@Bob0p Fair enough, and respect for your knowledge in what you do. But please keep in mind this video is for everybody; yourself, and those who do not know PHP - and to those who do not know PHP, I would assume that me making it "longer than necessary" to explain how the code works would help some people.

what are you using to execute your php coding i know ur using notepad but do u save it with notepad or are u just using it to show what to type and executing it with something else or somewhere else?
