The film did'nt work, great idea for a movie but the timing of the actors was a little off. I thought it had the potential to be a great movie. Trailer has virtually given away alot of the movie, I hate trailers that do that. From memory the movie release was delayed because of studios concerns of the poor press that John Travolta was getting from Battlefield Earth.
I live in Pennsylvania and I was there the day that they shot the scene where John Travolta was getting out of a green car as he had just pulled up to Denny's. He got out and shut the door but the door wouldn't shut. He kept slamming the door to try and get it shut. That was the scene. They did it over and over again. After the scene was finally done, the crowd was waiting to get a chance to get his autograph. I got the opportunity to shake his hand that day. It was really neat to meet him.

I was in the scene when the movers are moving the cement lion off his putting tee in his back yard and the very next frame when they show the front of the house with the moving truck and lots box's scattered everywhere. I was one of the movers in both frames.

I thought the movie was okay. Personally, I think Bill Pullman as the lazy cop was the best part of this movie. He was hilarious!

This is a really funny movie. The last 30 seconds or so of the trailer gives you a little taste of the humor found throughout.
