We did make Progress in Iraq because of the surge. We are gonna keep pulling out troops because we are winning. He was a great president during 9/11 and handle it well. During huricane Katrina his hands were tied by the Constitution. Gas prices skyrocketed when the Dems took over congress, but were steady before hand.
