@martin31400 go frost if your a typical mage player who cant play fire good. Go fire if you can get it down good. Takes more skill to play fire then frost. Frost to me is very boring but that is a personal opinion and no offense to 1,000,000,000 frost mage players. I would recommend frost for lvling. BUT OVERALL, try all 3 specs out for yourself and see what is more fun to play. Frost is great for pvp, just boring to me. Im a fire/arcane pvp spec and usually top 5 of all bg's and win many duels.

If your fighting another caster/healer type counterspell is very helpfull espeically improved counterspell which also silences for 4 sec. Arcane/frost spec is pretty good against other casters/healers. Frost us good against melee, fire is to. BUt yeah your going to have to do some hands on analyzing of other classes. You'll find holy pallies/preist/druids a bitch.

Smart, cuz' dumb mages use blink on cheapshot..

if the rogue cheapshots mage blinks, if they are Shadowstep they will use it and cheap shot

the mage will either trinket (then they cast blind) or Ice block (Then they restealth to redo it)
