Well now, ain't that just lovely. It almost brings a tear to my eye, if I had any left to shed. Still, depressing, as it is, the show will suffer the same fate as all. Somewhere, season 3-5, some executive will decide he knows better than the team who's been running it, and he'll make changes, to make it 'better'. Hopefully it will last for a healthy seven seasons, like all good shows ought to. Star Trek TOS was before its time, and TNG and Deep Space 9 and Voyager made up with seven seasons each. One day, the show will end, decades later I will probably return to see this video. The nostalgia that this show brings will be one to last for the ages. In a time where cartoons have no originality and just plain out suck, MLP stood out. You could say that Animaniacs was the best cartoon of the 90s, but unlike MLP it is clumped up with all the nostalgia of the 90s. MLP is forever special in it's time.
