  • The song was written by Bob C. Cock, if I am not mistaken.

  • This played on the video screen during the Hallucino-Genetics tour...that was my first Primus show and it kicked fuckin' ass. Got to hear the first full version of YYZ by post Suck On This Primus!!!!!

  • ALWAYS LOVIN IT, CRACKS ME UP LIKE NOTHIN ELSE

  • where did you get this version? I got the vinyl and it has the same song but its about 30 secds long, it fades in and out.

  • I believe the song title is referencing "Mike the Durable." A man from the early 20th century who was the victim of a murder plot by five or so men. They tried I think 20 different ways to kill him, including poison and freezing him to death, and the they all failed. That's what I think anyways, I have no actual evidence to back up that it's part of the song title.

  • dude the beginning scared the crap outta me!!! But the rest I was ok, except for the whole running down the hallway thing. THAT SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME

But then again it did give me my adrenaline rush of the day.

  • Interestingly enough, the song is actually by The Spent Poets. Primus featured a part of it on their Frizzle Fry album.

  • this is the greatest music video I may have ever seen.

that is, if I can get pass the severing terrifying nightmares that will most likely proceed after watching it.

  • Chuck Norris CAN kill Michael Malloy

  • @Luxasv bet he couldnt out drink him :)

  • This song is by The Spent Poets. Duh.

  • dude my name is michael malloy it actually is michael ryan monaghan malloy

  • This video is pretty damn creepy! I love it!

  • This piece wasn't really made by Primus, they just put a part of it on their album.

  • That was a waste of time. I hope too much effort was not put into it; prob. not.

  • i'm sure i've heard this tune in a videogame

  • wtf is he reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

  • primus is my favorite band. well at least one of them. frizzle fry is great.this videos pretty funny actually. i have this dvd. it is hallucino genetics. i have almost every primus cd.

  • Does anyone know where i can get this

i love the short version, but it would be grand to get this one.

  • The full version of this song is found on The Spent Poets' self-titled album.

  • Why is this song only 26 seconds long in the album of Frizzle Fry?

  • For the record, as was noted earlier, this isn't a Primus tune. This version is the album edit from The Spent Poets record. And more specifically, it was Matthew Winegar of SP doing this solo. I never understood why it was used in part on Frizzle Fry, other than Matthew being the producer of the record.

Also, this vid and song combo were used as an interlude on recent Primus tours. Between set and encore, if memory serves. And oddly enough, the vid was filmed in Chicago.

  • I am sure you could give someone

a bonafide infarction with that mast.

  • Michael Malloy (1873 February 22, 1933) was an Irish vagrant from County Donegal who lived in New York City during the early twentieth century. Although he was a former firefighter, he is solely known for his constitution. He survived several attempts by five acquaintances to murder him in a life insurance fraud, until he was finally murdered by gassing.

  • This is pretty badass. The version on Frizzle Fry made me think of haunted carousels. This version is just as creepy, especially seeing this video with the masked face down the darkened hallway. Nice!

  • i like it

  • i need a mask like that

  • The story of a recovering crack addict.

  • i like this. it reminds me of meatyard's photos. but the song is done by "the spent poets," not primus. (sorry if i sound like a know it all :P)

  • man, i love that band so fucking much!

  • primus? i do too! :D they've given me so much inspiration for a lot of my drawings

  • No, I mean The Spent Poets, they must be the greatest band ever, I love Adam Gates, and his new work with Madame Blavatsky Overdrive.

    They're Awesome.

    5 Out of 5

  • ah, gotcha. i've never heard of them, think i'll check them out

  • +w+ i love this!

  • Funniest shit on earth... No one understands this video!

  • please explain, haha.

  • Its about the violence in Sri Lanka?

  • It's a live video basically made for people tripping on acid in the audience... but fuck me im pissed and that made me fuckin truip... then again i am pissed.

  • It's kind of repetitive like teletubbies -- but I got a giggle out of it.

  • :D

    *Dances*
