Let's try again. Where do I state this video is from the game? If you want to nitpick, The Old Republic is a timeline within the SW universe and there are books, music, games and fan fiction revolving it. It was well established before SWTOR was even text on a design document.

I'll remind and clarify that this is made FOR and not BY our members. The clips are edited and cut from various fan films which we have nothing to do with.

Also, yes Jedi and Sith use hand to hand combat when they have to according to lore. It's not that they're gonna start running away...

Yes, like mentioned; these are fan films cut together (cept the stock intro and outro) and not us performing. When I created this I used Premiere Pro and After Effects for the first time and comparing to so many other guild videos out there made in Windows Video Maker, I do believe we're leagues above.

1 ) It's quite obvious none have you in the film have actually been in a sword duel ... all sorts of bad foot work, slugish non-fluid moves that look cheesy and would never work the way played out here...

2) All that aside from my best of sources((my be wrong but just thought you should know)) it does not look like guild forming is going to be a happening thing)), and most likely if implemented will be in no way shape or form the same as how easy it is in SWG...

First of all; as stated it's not us in the footage, I've just edited from fan films and of course they haven't been in a sword duel as they are actors. Sword duels just don't happen in real life you know. Even the real movies are cheesy and that's the whole point, it's a sci-fi fantasy after all, entertainment.

Secondly, no mainstream mmo has so far been without guilds and regardless of what will be guilds will form anyway, whether it's inside the game, outside or both.

Not exactly, this pays homage to the lore and the setting of SWTOR as Sith come on together on Korriban under one Empire. However we're a guild that supports the game and we'll be playing it as such.
