They want to invest their hard earned money now while it still has the purchasing power. Buildings like that = invites tourist, more spot for workers = tourist pay & workers buy,eat and pay tax = it allows them to live and work again vice versa = buildings pay tax to government = government has funds = win or..funds + corruption = lose..either way could happen

those are on manila only... geez y do they put alot of infra projects there, manila has an earthquake fault line 'marikina fault line' which is very scary. hope those projects can resist the highest level of posible earthquake magnitude. hmf. they should scatter the projects in places like cebu davao iloilo etc...

wow ito na ata yung pinakamagandang place sa buong pinas pag natapos. :) siguro pag natapos to lhat ng mga mag babakasyon sa pinas dito mag pupuntahan tapos yung mga koreanang babae din dyan din magpupuntahan:) pero pag ula ng space lhat ng koreanang babae dito na lng kau sa bahay namin :) mala las vegas din ang kwarto ko pag nakapunta ka :)

The tower just looks similar to seattle's space needle tower or las vegas' stratosphere tower.

The Philippines will also have an Observation Tower which is PAGCOR Tower. The Tower will be Higher than Menara Jakarta. it is 2000 ft. and it is Currently Under Construction. The Tallest Observatory in the World.
