  • Philippines is so much better than dat shithole known as Malaysia.

dear: Malaysians, suck on my Kazakh cock!

  • I agree with you i seen half of the projects here in google actual pictures

  • most of this are done already including gramecia residence which is comlpleted already

  • Philippines need the RH Bill!!

  • OMG!! I hope this is for realzz!!! Add the Philippines arena and Ciudad de Victoria, that project will surely go through :)

  • haha. really? in Philippines? good luck getting em built w/their economy.

its jus as bad as America's which too is weakening day by day

  • @deeeEeEEEeEee33eem ...are you a retard?

  • Macau also have tower. But Philippines is a Fucking Tower. Shit!

  • Can you add this up on the list.

The Philippine Arena Biggest Arena in the world.

    Current Status: Under Construction.

Capacity: 50,000 seats Can exceed up to 55,000

    Check it out.

  • @norly18 YES IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION,, OWN & MANAGE BY THE RELIGIOUS GROUP IGLESIA NI KRISTO,,

  • nagaun ba under consruction parin yan?

  • The pagcor tower which is 665 m (2,182 ft) tall will rival the Tokyo Sky Tree which is 634.0 m (2,080 ft) tall. Which will be the highest tower in the world.

  • all of this projects are on going except that i dont find any data regarding the world trade center manila and so sad to tell that the pagcor tower was already scrapped out of the plan..

  • What is happening in the Philippines is similar to what is happening in other emerging economies. The perception of the overseas Filipinos and OFWs that these are a good hedge against the US Dollar's medium to longterm decline. They want to invest their hard earned money now while it still has the purchasing power. We can find solace in the fact that most of the buyers are well-funded and are not anywhere near as debt ridden as those in the more developed economies.

  • You know what, with all these "developments" on going, can they really benefit the poorest of the poor? We cannot boast all of these, unless we minimize the gap between the rich and the poor. Hindi ako nasisiyahan sa entertainment city manila project, with all its casinos, and the like. Ang mas kailangan natin social welfare development, more schools, more hospitals, quality education.

  • @Topher0784

Let's be positive.

  • @bachelorcute53

Seryoso? It does not mean we have different dialects we are not united. This is very impossible to happen and if tey will impliment this Pilippines will be in chaos.

  • WOW !! very nice but what will happen if there's hearthquakes ???...or tsunami ??

  • @Zerga2000

its not like they are going to build a building with no back up knowing that they are in the Pacific ring of fire

  • @Zerga2000 the engineers will plan for that

  • u guys keep building especially condos.. do u have buyers?? very soon the property market will take a tumble n prices will go down.. then maybe i buy a couple of condos n make a profit from there

  • @ericsantiago011 marami na ring housing projects ang ginawa eh,...pero ginagamit bah nila nang wasto ang bahay sa housing project?(ung mga squatters?),...ipinagbibili nman eh,..at bumabalik sa dati,...kasi doon sa kanilang kina squat.site ung source ng pamumuhay,...although some remain but facts through observation,...in the 1st part lng ung doon sila,..while on the process it will happen,...

  • super!Go Philippines!greetings from Brazil!

  • Keep Dreaming !

  • @Chetah01 ofcourse...to make it real you have to dream first..=)

  • @theproudfilipino pti mind museum...

  • @theproudfilipino dpat u included APECO...

  • why most filipinos aren't happy to see their country make a liitle bit of progress ......

  • @katrinadeeus most of them are used to lies already..so its hard to get this happy feeling from them back in terms of country development/progress.

  • Philippines will remain backward & poverty stricken country. If gov't can't address the ballooning population and the birth rate remain as it is - the scenario of becomming another Somalia is in the offing !

  • @MrPokerman5250 XD maybe, maybe not.

  • @theproudfilipino Im sorry for this comment. But why build an expensive tall building when millions of us are hungry? Ive heard this Pagcor thing is some gambling paradise? hmmm.. Again the need of the poor is being neglected just to give way for the pleasure of the rich..

  • Philippines has a long way to go. I bet before 50 years from now philippines will be a better place to live, I just know it.

  • No point to be proud of with the Mega project and skyscraper if the people of that country lived on povety behind the reality of Mega project !!!

  • @afnadh i agree... why do we imitate Taiwan, China and Dubai? they are rich. we are not. Parang nasa delusion of grandeur tayo.

  • @fartherasia I KNOW! but u have to think that THAT IS NOT THE CASE!..remember if we have those buildings the country could get rich in no time because those buildings will make the money circulate in the society..like this

Buildings like that = invites tourist, more spot for workers = tourist pay & workers buy,eat and pay tax = it allows them to live and work again vice versa = buildings pay tax to government = government has funds = win or..funds + corruption = lose..either way could happen

  • @yurneroisnowtm Yup i understand. Give a man a fish, he'll be hungry tomorrow etc... OK i get it. this mega investment generates income to citizens and government.. income of citizens turns into consumption which becomes revenue to companies which becomes further investment and taxes and so on in circles. sorry about my past comment it was so ignorant.

  • it only goes to show nja may pagasa pa talaga. guys we were once a Thirld World Country but know we are being considered as a Newly Industrialized Nation.

  • @theproudfilipino but when will it open..? tagal diba?

  • Comment removed

  • I love it.

  • Giant towers in no way are a sign of progress when its citys citizens cannot eat, find medical care or simply just a home. It is only progress for big ego's...exclusivity....premier.....first class...is that what makes us special?

  • Nice video, i hope you do a part 3 of the megaprojects in the Philippines try to include the UP technopark and some part of muntinlupa. thumbs up!!!

  • from where do u now?

    walang pera! :O

    but would be nice

  • how can we be sure that the world trade center manila will be build, theres no proff and its like super expensive do we have lots of money now????

  • nakakainspire naman itong video na ito lalo na na civil engineering student ako. siguradong uusbong din tayo, considering the fact that were on the list of the n-11 countries next to bric in terms of our ecomomy. siguro nga yung dream ni former president arroyo na ma-achieved ang first world country status is possible. I'm just sayin' :D.

  • @theproudfilipino Me too, I really hope that they will continue this project.

  • @theproudfilipino @theproudfilipino Yeah right, instead magtalo sila, or instead mag discuss, dapat mag look forward nlng sila, kasi kung my kurakot man, dina mababalik un, MATAGAL ang SISTEMA ng Kasuhan d2 sa Pilipinas, Nagpapaka Bayani kasi ung mga opisyal, masabi lang na mapanuri at my ginagawa, sorry to say this pero its true, I love my Country, the Philippines, i hope they could bring back the real Pearl of the Orient....hayyy.....

  • naks nman yan..gaganda p lalo ang pilipinas because of these projects. i hope they will be finished soon. : )

  • These kind of projects will make philippines beautiful.. Manila needs a landscape icon to show the world.. Pagcor tower would be a perfect example. Keep up the positive work philippines..

  • those are on manila only... geez y do they put alot of infra projects there, manila has an earthquake fault line 'marikina fault line' which is very scary. hope those projects can resist the highest level of posible earthquake magnitude. hmf. they should scatter the projects in places like cebu davao iloilo etc...

  • Air traffic would not allow PAGCOR tower,... hopefully developers should take inspiration from the city center in vegas

  • wag pabayaan n noynoy yan!!!

  • Where did you get the World Trade Manila? i can't find it. Ganda ng design! Yung Gramercy 42nd floor na ata. nice progress for our country. KEEP IT COMING!

  • great... Malaysia just doesn't have enough population....

  • ang masasabi ko...

    WoW PHILIPPINES!!

  • i hope they hired engineers from japan to asses these buildings to stand against earthquakes...

  • seryoso b ito?baka joke nnmn to katulad nung BRP Gloria Arroyo Aircraft carrier.

    ge. aasahan ko to.

  • @TheAaronJAno matagal na po inumpisahan, siguro by year 2013 tapos na lahat nang building na pinalabas dito. kung wala nang gulo sa bayan natin @ maubus na mga pasaway nating gov't officials. for sure tuloy2x nato ang pag-unlad natin

  • @Manix2500 "sa totoo lang"

    magaling n ekonomista d gloria,ang kaso nagnanakaw e.kaya ganyan.

kundi nagnanakaw tong c gloria .meron n tayong heavy tanks.at hightech n aircraft bmbers.at ilang destroyers.

  • ask ko lang po..sino general contractor ng pagcor tower and world trade center.?

  • good projects, but sadly, seem like philippine gov. never concern about poverty in their country, only take care about riches citizens...

  • @Manix2500 lol.

  • @Manix2500 ganon makatikom ba ng korea sa tingin ko dako silag puday he he he

  • is the world trade manila real???/

  • Ew they need to redesign the pagcor tower, maybe even change the name.. Manila tower or Philippine tower instead of some company... Plus pagcor sounds fuckin ugly.

The tower just looks similar to seattle's space needle tower or las vegas' stratosphere tower.

I LOOOVE the World Trade Center Manila though... It's beautiful

  • @kalakian

what do you mean? these projects are NOT ALL SKYSCRAPERS.

    is PAGCOR CITY a SKYSCRAPER?

  • @theproudfilipino YUNG STATUS NG E CITY DAPAT HINDI NA APPROVE KUNDI UNDER CONSTRUCTION

  • @kalakian LAHAT PO NG NAKALAGAY D2 GINAGAWA NA PATI YUNG PAGCOR MALAPIT SA MAO

  • @kalakian bobo mo! nag mamarunong ka pa tanga!

  • I doubt if we can constuct this 660m Pagcor Tower..

    Great job Philippines :p

Kawawa naman yung Cebu and other outsider cities.

  • so now there's a reason for other ASEAN countries to get jealous of us.

  • waaaaaw good job philiphines

indonesia have project too such as MENARA JAKARTA the tallest tower in the world

  • @rezalovethem

The Philippines will also have an Observation Tower which is PAGCOR Tower. The Tower will be Higher than Menara Jakarta. it is 2000 ft. and it is Currently Under Construction. The Tallest Observatory in the World.

  • @theproudfilipino really menara jakarta (jakarta tower 583 ) .

  • @rezalovethem PAGCOR Tower 665m =)

  • @rezalovethem yeah dude.. Philippines will also going have have Tower.. it's the pagcor tower.. and it's the tallest tower.. and it's 2nd tallest from the burj dubai building in dubai..

  • @rezalovethem yeah dud.. but philippines is constructing PAGCOR Tower and is more taller than Menara jakarta! :D

  • @labadutok true!!! :-D

  • @rezalovethem really? good for you Indonesia.. we Filipinos are happy for your progress as well. :)

  • umotot sa kalsada pde

  • PAGCOR or the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation is SEMI-PRIVATE. it is Co owned by Private Investors and the Government.

  • Filipinos are grateful to you for these magnificent videos showing the progress and development of the Philippines,

the international media namely CNN, BBC,and even local media doesnt show these instead they show the dilapidated, and dirty streets, they show the slums, poverty, violence, corruption, and lawless elements in our city once more they show the communist left which is anti-social, anti-progress,

anti-industrialization, anti-freedom, sowing anarchy and distrust in our society

  • salamat pare sa pag upload nito..may aasan pa ako pag uwi nmin...from florida!!!!bangon pilipinas!!!!!PROUD FILIPINO!!!!!!!

  • actually lahat ng mga mega structures are already under construction na and ung sa global city marami ng mga skycrapers n nagawa wow go Philippines.

  • I want those buildings to be Green!!!!

  • The PAGCOR Tower is a project by our government right? Since PAGCOR is part of our government?

  • @labadutok I beg to differ sir :D It says right here in their website

  • @labadutok try searching: "is pagcor government"

  • @leaoaltamirano Well, it is :) It's the government's 2nd highest earner, just after the customs department :)

  • do you know why the philippines wasn't able to maintain it's rising economy like in the 60's?

it's bacause in marcos' dictatorship, there are very tight laws.

  • @theproudfilipino yeah, I agree. I actually liked Marcos' laws. The only problem was he abused it and went too far.

  • @theproudfilipino

yes, you have a point. but then, there's no need to go back to that situation wherein people struggle to live under the fists of marcos. no matter how good the laws are, if not well implented then there are no chances for people to abide. actually the laws of today are getting a lot more comprehensive than before. and yet we don't see the benefit of them. we should not seek learnings from the past but we should be learning on what we are now.

  • i belive @daygojr...we need to see cranes kahit cranes nlang hahaha... kasi antagal...buti pa gramercy rocks...

  • I love the Manila world trade center.. Pagcor tower??? Ehhh they need to redesign.. Looks like seattle's space needle or las vegas' stratosphere tower... A typical observation tower design.

I won't believe any of this until I see cranes moving and construction going on.

  • @DaygoJer Pagcor tower i believe is under construction now it's above ground already they've finished the deep excavation required of structure with that height.

  • the pagcor tower is also a project of the entertainment city manila . the entertainment city manila is a project of pagcor . its now under construction!

  • cant wait to see this all finished by 2015!?

  • where is your evidence to support your claims mr . theproudpinoy? where's the excavations of pagcor tower, and manila world trade center? we dont even have a mega int'l airport construction yet and you're too proud!

  • You know what!... It wouldn't hurt if you'll be a little optimistic.

  • Diosdado Macapagal International Airport - Clark Pampanga

  • @kalakian just ask yourself if you are PANGET OR not.

  • Marcos Projects -vs- Arroyo Projects...

  • i so agree with 1818joserizal1898. we appreciate progress that may come in our way. pero sana yung may filipino heart and soul naman sa architecture. something that is not mainly borrowed ang design para lang may ipang babato tayo sa ibang bansa. pero our words are as far as we go. its still the decision of the owners. and mostly, the owners are foreign. in short ang banyaga pa rin ang yumayaman kahit sa sarili nating lupa. pweh!

  • ooo seeee WTCmanila is just a proposed project....but its ok as long as the area where the building will stand is approved....hahaha more info please

  • @makainzz123

    These are all PRIVATE INVESTMENTS.

    hindi yan project ng Government.

    IMPOSIBLENG MAKURAKOT YAN :))

  • ahww sorry about that..

  • @theproudfilipino government ung pagcor diba

  • yup! 100% government owned

It generated billions of surplus for Cebu City.
