@debg451 I sooo agree...we just rescued a shelter dog who was diagnosed with this and she is not liking her harness, which tells me that the previous owner used a collar with leash. So thanks to them our baby has a shortened life span of 4 to 5 years. For bigsidfan to say they are annoyed of their dogs "honking" is very sad not to consider the suffering the dog is going through.
Leases are bad, they need to make them soft-padded with instructions not to over tighten

My poodle mix Brandy has this now.
Its so annoying when she won't stop her "honking" all the time.

I see nothing funny about this, please educate yourself and buy a harness the collar is damaging his trachea. It's called collapsing trachea.
