I worked for the Mt. Hood Railroad during Thomas, and it was unbearably hot conditions. As for Cousin's restaurant in the Dalles, I always feel weird about eating there because when you leave there's a big cow statue that moo's at you. lol. Glad you guys had fun though, it's all for the kids and families :)
Great video! Your boys are sooooo cute! What time did you get out there? And what Car # were you on? We went the same day rode Thomas on car #4 at 3pm and it was so HOT! It got over 100F that day. When we got home to Portland, and around 7 pm that night it was still hot at 99F! Next year we plan to go earlier in the day.

We got there at 8:45, and our ride was at 10:00. We were in car #3. Going early is definately recommended. Thanks for the comments!
