I am for life no matter what the case and I'm thankful my mom kept me and loves me with all her heart! It funny people say its not a baby until it has a heart beat however god loved you before you had a heart beat. In my opinion if you get an abortion just so you don't have to be responsible is the most selfish and evilest thing to do. I understand if its a health risk but don't do it just to do it !
I had to get an abortion due to health problems it would cause me and the baby.. I had less than 50% chance of surviving the pregnancy, and the baby wouldn't have either. It was done this morning.. And It breaks my heart. I'd give anything to have a healthy body and be able to hold my little girl or boy in my arms...

It is also proven that a child dreams, thinks, and practices breathing while in the womb. PART 2: she failed to take the baby to the dr for imunisation shots that meant him getting many at once because the dad took action. This girl is now sharing custody with the birth dad only because dna testing. she is also not getting child support and almost lost custody of the kid because of her 2 DUIs while the baby was a few months old. this little boy get very nervious and cries a lot because he is so confused. he gose from house to house never really having a home.

I just found out I am 3 weeks pregnant. I am in college, the father lives in another state, I am only 19, not to mention, my parents made the same mistake when they were younger and actually kept me. I know my mom would be the one that will give me the best advice since she's been in my shoes before, but I cant imagine disappointing her this way. Since then, she got her life back on track, married a great man, and we have an amazing family to this day. She can't imagine the pain she would have felt if she woulda went through with an abortion with me. I am 18 years old to this day and am a huge supporter of giving every baby a chance to live.

I had to get an abortion due to health problems it would cause me and the baby.. I had less than 50% chance of surviving the pregnancy, and the baby wouldn't have either. It was done this morning.. I know my mom would be the one that will give me the best advice since she's been in my shoes before, but I cant imagine disappointing her this way. I know there is a pregnancy clinic near my town and they can help but they don't do much other than free pregnancy tests and if you want, a free ultrasound.... I talked to the women on the phone.... :/ I just am not sure if I am ready to lose everything I have worked so hard for over a guy who didn't understand the words: "No" or "Get off of me" II think I am going to drink alot and take some pills.... that oughtta help right? This poem helped save our little girl when all the world around us was pushing for an abortion. Everyone that we had ever loved turned their backs on what would be our little girl.
There were 305,310 documented abortions in California that year, our little girl was NOT one of them.
When we walked out of that office it was a very surreal moment, like we were the Universe.

"Thou shalt not kill (unless it supports Catholicism)" Look at the amount of people Catholics have murdered over the years, mostly the medieval ages. But it still goes on now, many abortion doctors have been murdered from the extremists on the (paradoxically named) Pro Life side.

If abortion were made illegal, people would continue to have abortions, only not under medical supervision. Then maybe the mom and her child would be in heaven together . . .
The only way to reduce abortion rates is to EDUCATE and to be SUPPORTIVE of people who feel like abortion is their only choice.
Calling them heartless murderers doesn't help anything.

@rkij well if they can put their baby through the pain of being aborted then they can suffer just as much as their baby did with infection and eventually death as well. Then maybe people would start to understand that abortion is wrong. If a women can abort her baby then she deserves do die as well.

Most abortions happen before 12 weeks, the cortex is not fully developed to "feel" Im pro-choice but have a difficult time with late stage abortions so ill never have one. If you dont like the idea of abortion...dont have one! Forcing a female to take on a pregnancy to term that she doesnt want, trying to convince her it will be ok, she must do it-is this really what we are talking about?

Oh my god -.-! A baby isn't aware of its existence until one or two years (depends) AFTER its been born. Does anyone remember being a fetus, or what it was like to be born? I don't think so. So stop acting like the fetus is harmed during the abortion.

@YTJoya No, I don't remember being a fetus, your brain can't yet make memories. That doesn't mean you aren't aware of it happening. I don't remember being four years old either, does that mean its okay for me to kill my younger cousin? He's most certainly aware of the world around him, if you tore him to pieces it would hurt. By the time he's my age he won't remember anything about being four anymore.

@themachohumans I know that's your own opinion, but for me, abortion is mean. Those children deserved to live. I understand that there are certain situations that may "require" abortion, but like you said, it's the mother's choice whether she would let her child live or not.
Those children, no matter how tiny, were already alive. Abortion is murder. Even worse than murder actually.
