MrBrad, the 360 (elite) is LITERALLY has just as good graphics as the PS3, the PS3 has all these apps that no one needs. You know..... It is rather overhyped. Failure rate is on you you can prevent failure rate by cleaning the fan once a month, give space for the fan to breath, don't play too much (As long as you want but take a break for about an hour. Most people don't follow that so they get RROD as long as you do that you'll be fine!

on launch day (which was when it first came out in 2005) you pretty much got RRod (Red ring of death) if you bought an xbox 360...

But ever since fall 2008, microsoft has finally fixed it with the new chipset or the Jasper model, fixing that problem..

get a ps3. its the best console. i was always a microsoft fan but xbox gives TOOOOOOOO many problems. it has the Three Rings Of Death and youll have a headache sending yoru consol to microsoft to make them fix it. ps3 dosent give problems. the only downfall on the ps3 is there live. xbox 360's live is the best. but except for that ps3 wins all tthe way. and ps3 by the end of 2009 will be coming out with lots of exlusive games :)
