I'm going to school this september to be an animator, and I've been feeling a bit nervous recently... kinda not knowing what I'm getting myself into. I know not all companies are as cool as pixar, but this video has been very encouraging in getting a glimpse into the working world of animation. Thanks for uploading this =)
