How about making longer reaktor ??? longer time the gas in the reaktor equals more heat... if it's too long it might get longer time to heat up... also try keep tubes leading to reaktor small as possiple to minimice heat escape. Trust me on this
Hello Aluka, did you notice any difference with the reactor rod in or out of the system? I think it is doing nothing, it looks like geet engines run mostly on petrol fumes and some air, you would need a heater to burn diesel and possibly a second evaporation tank to boil water, the engine must be running on an extremely lean mixture, I am surprised there is not a big loss of power running a very lean mixture, a steaming process may be helping a little as you said, thank you for your efforts
"Aluka1603" : You are the man!!! You took on the task of building a geet reactor. And you documented every step of the process. Failures as well as successes. Your motives are the best. Rather than trying to increase your wealth (as so many YouTubers are!) you want to help third world nations pump drinking and irrigation water using fewer hydrocarbons. =Costing them less!
I would love to learn how your work on diesel engines is going.
@nmarz77 I had to tap the inside of the hex bushing because the taper threads were not meant to be reversed. Making it impossible to simply thread together.
I had to use a 1/2 14 NPT.
Hope this helps anyone else out there building one of these
Danke LG Christian
The GEET reactor is nothing more than a Venturi tube. The Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe. This is exactly the same concept as a carburetor but because it is physically much longer it produces a much finer vapor with measurably smaller diameter molecules. Air-conditioners use exactly the same technique to take liquid refrigerant and vaporize it. In the refrigeration business they call it a capillary tube.
Would it be possible to simply scale up. For example your engine is 125cc so a 1 liter engine is eight times larger. If the GEET reactor on your engine is 12.7mm diameter, then for a 1 liter engine would it be 101.6mm? If this is correct then for a properly sized GEET reactor on a 3L engine it would be 304.8mm diameter?
How do you attach the bushing at 1:57? I'm currently trying to assemble mine and have discovered that it's nearly impossible to screw it all together as the 1" bushing outer thread is 'wider' than the inner thread and so you can't tighten them up together. Did you drill out the threads of the 1" bushing so that you could slide the inner tube on? I'm very impressed with what you have achieved so far and I'm hoping to upload a similiar series of my attempts with an 80cc mower engine.
I just screw it on, you have to match the right length to make it tight. The inner tube is the important to bee tight. with enough teflon tape it should be no problem. Send me a video if you can to see your problem.
hab mir auch ein gebaut allerdings rasenmäher und in deutschland hier zu lande wissen die meisten davon garnichts, hab mal ein gebaut und teste es durch . sente2000
i tried several measures, and strangely it does not make a big difference not in largeness not in thickness. This video is yust an easy startup for everyone to try.
I would have liked to do more designs but
actually i had a family problem ( my mom died) but i will try to work on soon.
aluka, i have read that you should leave the rod free, without soldering the dots, and it'll be auto centered by the magnetism.
I guess you followed all the instructions in the free plans on internet, that in the VortexHeatExchanger yahoo group, say that are wrong, also in the gap between the rod and the tube.
Not it does not center by magnetism, it makes a ringing sound ( my first videos) and you loose kinetic energy by movement of the rod. The engine runs less stable .
great video series. and i love the word "plumbery".

Neat and simple without having to weld. Easy to dismantle. Well thought out.

Did you ever do the testing with and without the reactor? Which burns more efficiently?

Do you now have a formula where you can simply calculate the proper size for a GEET reactor for say a 3L engine?

So have you determind wheather the "reactor" rod plays a roll? Does the North south thing do anything? if so how do you make the "Ractor rod"
Thank You

Is the Reactor Rod mild steel (MS) or Black Steel (BS) ? And thanks for the video.

Just wondering if the intake and the outtake are the same, shouldnt it be a bases for a construction of a total closed system?

One more thing ....also thermalisolate the reactor, for not dissipating heat.

But you used the measures of a 20 years old Paul Pantone design, so you should rebuild the reactor with better measures.

By soldering some DOTs at the top and the end, you can see it on another video

That is more simplier than the original. It takes more effort to make a simpel construction than a complex one. Good work!
