To me the second bullet means she killed her father and herself. Because she dies 1 year later, but it isn't shown.It's like the Triplets and the Mother Maiden short films, you need to think really hard to understand them. In fact, it's like everything WT does.

But I kept my voice without it and sound Kind of English to the ear. But if you listen closely It's Irish. Sucks though, 'cause the only thing going for someone Irish is the accent. Which I don't have. XD

Why the Sinead's origin in the movie and the book is so different? In this film she killed her husband and was resurrected for redemption but in the comic she protected her friend and was shot to dead.

@HANAKATHAILAND In the film she says she was murdered a year later, after killing her father - her own murder is shown in the comic (i.e. the bit where she protects her friend). Then Mother Maiden resurrects her (also shown here in the film). The film only missed out her own murder. :)

Brilliant. And chilling. What I've enjoyed thus far about these shorts are that the protagonists are not just victims themselves but are also, to a lesser extent, perpetrators of crimes and sins. It's not a unique narrative of storytelling, that of the "Anti-Hero," yet it's still portrayed brilliantly here. It ads weight to the "Quest for Redemption," concept. The only small let down here is that no music accompanied this short as it did for Mother Maiden. Unless that is to be added later?

These are like a book series I read by Sherrilyn Kenyon it deals with those who have been betrayed (way bad betrayed) are brought back by the goddess selene to kill demons and such they are paranormal romance books but they do have a good story

I really love all the songs and story telling of 'The Unforgiving'. Within Temptation rocks, Sharon is the best singer and her vocals are even better than before etc etc BUT the only criticism I would have is for some of the acting and accents in these short films. I can tell there is a certain stylistic thing here with it all in black and white film, it's just a very minor thing. Overall I love it.

@Gemmenkeli There are 3 shorts, and also a comics, aside from the album The Unforgiving. This is not directly related to the song Sinéad, if I remember properly this was to be connected to the song Shot in the Dark.

@TalysAlankil On the DVD, Shot in the Dark follows on from the Triplets short film, so I assume it's about them/him rather than Sinead. Likewise, I think the Sinead song/video follows on from this film on the DVD, so the two are directly connected - e.g. Sinead's life is going to 'turn around' by hunting the bad guys and making amends for killing her dad. Then again, the comics may reveal a further twist, so I may be completely wrong :)
