The owners of their contracts(masters) could add years or even decades for almost anything. A lot of the time indentured servants died under the control of their masters and they rarely lived long lives(long lives at the time).

Its well documented that their were WHITE people that would buy slaves and then give them their freedom. Some masters treated their slaves really well even taught them to read and wright. Yes they were treated about the same. Indentured servants were at the mercy of their masters.

Old news! many African Americans have at least a great grand parent who is white or of another race. This is also true of some people of African ancestry who comes from the caribbean. My grandmother's father is East indian decent and on my grandfather's side his mom is half white. Black people are mixed up, that's what makes us so beautiful

I don't know why this was the case in the caribbean in contrast to America

I heard the rumor of all human life starting in Africa so i did some new research. All the research the black activitsts did was from old articles in like 2000 i did a some a little more recent research. Like 2009 and 2010. They found the earliest kind of human fossils in China.

Nevertheless, today we all know by several genetical studies, discoveries of even more fossils in Ethiopia, Kenya,etc... That the earliest human group is that of Africans. When they compared various populations worldwide, they found that Africans are genetically more diverse or 'genetically richer'.
