Great thanks guy. Keep vlogging. With regular iPod syns, I suppose the notes always stay there until I remove them the same way. This is great for airline schedules, information while travelling.... I find iCal to be limiting in adding extra commentary.

@maakheru001 That's Probably becxause you didnt save it as text. What you do is When you save, below where you can Name it there is a SAVE AS TYPE: then go down and select TEXT ONLY. if you didnt it probably had some weird letteering you cant understand. the limit is the amount of memory your ipod has so if its an 8g you have that much space

the notes option is not compatible with ALL iPods. Apparently only the 1-3rd generation nano's , and the iPod vids.... i can't recall the rest. I'm not sure if the iPod classic has that option either.

Hmm...I don't really know what to tell you. It's possible that for the classic iPod nano there's a completely different set of directions. It should work, but there may be a problem with the documents your trying to upload, your computer, your iPod, or your iTunes file. I'm really not sure.

Did you make sure that your iPod is enabled for disk use at the iPod summary page in iTunes? If you did, make sure you clicked on "My Computer" instead of "Windows Explorer".

iTunes folder? No, no, no, you hardly even use iTunes for this process (, only to enable disk use actually). You go to My Computer and select your iPod name. A notes folder should already be there, so you drag the text into THAT folder.

Do you mean only 150 kb of 150 mb showed up? Anyway, I'm sorry to say that I already knew about this but was unable to allow any more Text to show up than the amount the Ipod shows. What I do is break a long Text into smaller ones. I'm sorry I couldn't help.

...umm, I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean it won't show up as an external drive? Cause if that's the case, I can't tell you anymore than what the video says. Check to make sure that the external hardrive checkbox on Itunes is checked off. (only I could use the word 'check' three times in one sentence. It could also be that your using windows explorer. In my video, I pulled that up on accident and had to use it to find Computer. The icons for them look the same on my computer.

If you don't have text document, then you probably have plain text. If you have nothing with text in it, then you probably can't put notes on your Ipod. I use PC, so there's a possibility that MAC has another way of getting notes on your Ipod (if you use MAC).

It's probably because you didn't listen to the first part of the video and enable disk use in the checkbox list so the ipod would be recognized as an external hardrive. Watch the video again carefully.
