Why not start a corporation and hand out prospectuses so people can read about the idea and buy shares in it, that way you'll raise all the money you need.
It can be done. I am amazed that when we drive we are not at the same time generating electric power for future use by sending it to storage via some type of battery and also at the same time storing compressed air to operate a generator by way of wind power. we could also add a magnetic fuel-less motor. I hope you have not given up on this dream yet. I'm embarrassed for North America that no one is supporting you on youtube. It's actually a great idea.
Great inspiration Steve! "A faith the size of a mustard seed can move a mountain" indeed it WILL! and it can move a 4 cyl truck too, with air alone. I am going to experament with a ford 4 cyl, many say it will be impossible to attain road speeds or it will not regenerate enough air to be near perpetual, with such intracate design in nature and the creations of man, no one can tell me there isn't a way to build this, and your design as well.

It can be done.
