I take 2 tbsp of fish oil daily. Haven't really noticed any cognitive effects though. Mainly just a good lipid profile, and slight weight loss when it first started it. I use barlean's
thanks alot bro, really works. Additionally, I would recommend 'Ginkgo Biloba' from 'Energy Now.' I mean the effects derived from these supplements has prooven to be phenomenal to write the least.
vinpocetine reminds me a lot of what nootropics do, look them up, there's a site called biologicsnutra which i bought mine from, they're pretty effective after a few weeks... and the changes in brain chemistry are more permanent as well
could u please tell all these peoples the side effect of this..
BTW u get more smarter to think u get smarter by drinking water so ur body could easier produce braincells... more braincells does so ur body after in a while maybe 1-2 month makes its own vitamin that does that u can go into ur memory bank see things brighter. hear better see better.
we have something that works well too. i'm sure you'll understand the entire process of a drop that travels by mucous membrane through the optic cerebal cortex and down the central nervous system for direct energy and more
Although I agree that nootropics can be effective for brain performance, I still think that there is too much info on the nootropic and not enough on a balanced plan such as proper regular exercise and a good dietary plan with a nootropic. I'm a student and I firmly believe that those who don't work hard in study or try quick fixes to cheat the system end up suffering the consequences later in life, but I do believe that this would benefit people with memory related issues as a whole..
Great video. Thanks for the tips. Actually, I was only thinking today that I should be taking more Omegas. A tip I read from a Herbalist author a while back is to soak a tablespoon of flaxseeds/linseeds in a cup of hot water over night. Then in the morning, drain of the fluid into another cup and drink it down. A great alternative to vegans, who (obviously) won't want to take in fish oils.
i took vinpocetine and niacin (vitamin b3 flushing form) and i couldn't sleep that night and i was highly alert...i took 20mg of vinpocetine though...now im thinking of just taking 10mg or 5mg...niacin (flushing form) increases the effects of vinpocetine
im actually using the liquid form of fish oil so its very concentrated i take about 6 tspns would you reccomend along with 3 capsules of vinpocetine but i migt be soon taking the medication vycanse could i take that along with teh herbal stuff
I enjoy your videos!!In one of your videos, you mentioned a MSM supplement, would you recommend the MSM or these 2 supplements? I want something that gives me more energy , feel more calm, concentrate, and just feel healthier, I dont like taking to many pills per day and I dont like the huge pills that you have a hard time swallowing, so what would you recommend for me?

i have to try that brand if it has no fish taste... i was using the costco brand and had a couple caps in my pocket last summer on a 90 degree day. forgot about them and they burst. couldn't get the smell out of the shorts. so horrendously bad fish smell i had to toss em out. haha. anyways, my lesson learned is, don't put fish caps in my pocket in the summer.
Solgar is a really good company. I find fish oils to have a subtle calming effect, personally. And I agree that you should only take a small amount of the vinpocetine; when I took a comparatively large dosage (which was one pill from that particular company), my veins dilated so much that they hurt and felt weird. I gave up on it completely, but maybe I'll try a smaller dosage. I think it cut down on the necessity for studying, because I remembered things from the previous class really well. :-)
do i have to eat the fish oil like that. can i swallow it? does it make a differene
