Seems to us that without their knowledge, the bank executives (thieves) used the deposits of millions of hard working families to party & gamble on high-stakes Blackjack at the NYSE Casino. When they blew it all & were out of gambling cash, they took billions more from the taxpayer coffers. Then they kept on partying & gambling, even rewarding their unimaginable greed with ill-gotten fat bonuses. This is pure thievery, plain & simple.

He should know about "irresponsibility" - he forced some of those banks to take money they didn't need. So, he got himself another scapegoat.
