I'm glad their putting people to work who would have a difficult time finding anyone to hire them. Its their time to develop the skills necessary to function and not be a parasite on society. As far as the illegal go. Who can blame them really when they've been lured over here by large Corperations who want cheap labor. That said, illegal=criminal- send them packing. Also, it should be that those born in this country should have to have one legal parent from this country.

I understand why they passed the law, but I don't agree with the fact that it's pretty much legalizing racial profiling. At the same time, America makes it dang near impossible to be granted a legal citizenship. It's a catch-22. This law is another way for Repulicans to point the finger at immigrants (brown people ) for being the problem when it's the people in office with ALL the money. The Social Parasite engine keeps on running and ignorant people keep buying into it.

The only right they have is to have the punishment fit the crime. We taxpayers should not have to care for criminals while they sit around and lift weight and watch TV. That is not punishment! That is a privilege most of us do not have! Punishment should involve pain! Pain works! Coddling criminals does not deter crime.

There are virtually no probationers who have committed violent crimes; those would be parolees who have served time in prison. No one gives up their rights under the constitution, that statement is so anti-American Constitution (8th amendment) as to be laughable if it wasn't so horrendous. Once a sentence is finished reitegrate.

We can no longer afford to coddle law breadkers. They have to pay for there keep. All of us do? Prisoner's get free medical, law libraries, Cable TV, free lawyers, and free meals. Our elderly do not get near what our prisoners get for free. That is a sin. It is a corruption of Justice! It is Morally wrong!
