Listen up everyone. First download the file. THEN, temporarily shut down/disable your antivirus program, because the patch is "detected" as a virus, but it's not. All working patches are like that.

And the OP didn't fully explain the instructions. Upon installing, run IDM first. (If you get any pop-ups asking to register, click No) Then exit out and close it from the taskbar. After that, COPY the patch to IDM's installation directory, right click it, and run it as administrator then do the rest

To those who are getting a pop out message that says "fake serial number" here's wat u need to do.

Go to regedit then delete the internet download manager folder

Right click the folder then delete..then go back to Step 4.
