my instructor lol hes testing for 4th Dan and he can throw a kick faster than i can think about doing a punch all i got trrough the thought was "i shou-" then i got kicked hes using it for higher up patterns it doesent just have Chon-Ji on it, you must be american only then would you be so inconsiderate and oblivious
look at the related videos... It's WTF? They do their patterns like robots!
My opinion is that ITF, and ITF patterns are better than WTF's...

On this DVD you can see all the tuls from 4 derections.. really nice if you practise a tul.. (i got the DVD) ;)
But tis is a video from the legacy DVD, so you know this is the right way to practise your tul..
