Hi hi! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father gained a ton of muscle with it.

pff. hallo? es sind mehr als 30 kinder dran gestorben. ich hab das buch boot camp gelesen, den film mir angeguckt und selbst drüber noch recherchiert. DAS wünsche ich niemandem, egal wie asozial und unerzogen ein jugendlicher ist. dabei werden auch jugendliche in boot camps gesteckt, weil die eltern das für richtig halten, aber ihre kinder sind dann oft alles andere als asis. ich würde nicht so gross die klappe reissen wenn du selber keine ahnung davon hast oder es erlebt hast
nein, dadrin wirst du psychisch misshandelt, körperlich misshandelt, menschen undwürdig behandelt, gequält und von der aussenwelt abgeschnitten. in dem video siehts du nur wie sie harten sport machen müssen, aber da gehts durchaus schlimmer zu.
informier dich mal über die todesfälle in bootcamps. einige nehmen sich das leben,andere werden solange misshandelt und geschlagen, bis sie daran sterben. und wenn du es überlebst, bist du im arsch und gehörst in die klapse.
jepp =) und das schlimmste ist, dass die meisten noch nichtmal kriminelle asoziale sind, sondern die reichen eltern die schnauze von ihnen voll haben, da sie in ihren augen nicht perfekt sind. also rein ins boot camp wo ihr wille und ihre persönlichkeit zerstört wird und danache als "brave" kinder rauskommen. aber eig sinds nurnoch psychisch kaputte kinder mit minderwertigkeitskomplexen und angstzuständen. WENN sie überhaupt nochmal zu ihren eltern danach wollen. traurig

I personally would prefer a boot camp 10 times more than prison, drugs, or death. And yes, there are deaths, but they weren't intentional and death is all around us, especially on the streets and lives boot camp attendants live in.
uhh well im nto gona sugar coat it, it sucked. It was 6 weeks long, the first 4 weeks were hell, but the instructions actions relfected how we acted. If we were acting stupid, not working, then we got treated like poop. But if we complied, things went smoothly :)
im not saying the kids dying is a good thing...put when society has failed these damn kids who dont care about anything or anyone then this is what has to be done. you have to understand they are putting 8 to 10 yrs of missed attitude adjusment in to a couple of weeks and some kids cant take it.
It's a shame about the children who passed away. But the training is fuckin awesome. My training in Aircrew was similar to that. It builds you up and shows team work in the face of adversity. It's a great confidence builder. Good job w/ editing the music it's a tear jerker now, ne body who sees this will feel sorry and heartbroken. But if u put RATM or Nirvana's music everybody would be like "yeah...this rocks!" again i'm sorry about the kids passing away. But if they survive they'll apprecitate
