  • hi if i do this exact same workout everyday, combined with my teen fast metabolism and healthy diet, can i lose 10 pounds in one month? if so, how many sets and reps, respond soon, my trip to hawaii is in 3 weeks!!

    

  • @xXMIssCaliXx  Sorry I just got this comment ..hope you lost your ten pounds..Yes this workout can do that..the healthy eating is key, no sugar, no alcohol, lots of fresh fruit and veggies..lots of water..let me know =)

  • @bornfree51 Workouts tighten and tone and shape but they are most effective when combined with healthy well balanced eating. As a personal trainer I want to motivate with my videos and they will help you lose weight as long as you are also following a good nutrition program. Check out my website for free recipes. Ten pounds usually takes about a month with consistent workouts and proper nutrition but workout intensity, fat and sugar and water intake as well as base metabolic rate affects it too.
