I am mexican.. I like dancing queen but I have never heard the spanish version.. I think it's Ok but the words are not very clear.. @clowgirl2006: Back in the day few people spoke English as a second language. Because of this lots of musicians translated their songs and rerecorded them in different languages. ABBA has sung songs in Swedish, English, Spanish, French, and German. ;) This was common for artists but you just don't hear about it. Here for example is Marvin Gaye in the German version of How sweet it is (watch?v=NP2ptfKunlk). Stevie Wonder in the Italian version of Place in the sun (watch?v=dnsFHt1jBUU). ;)

In the 70's ABBA didn't try to beat spanish/latino pop any way. They just released spanish rewritten versions of their songs when they were popular in spanish speaking countries (mostly Spain)
