Nobody is making anything up. Taking pictures at concerts is not allowed. Mostly security doesn't care but unfortunately sometimes they do. The thing is, some magazines or companies might have the rights to officially sell pictures or broadcast live recordings. I'm not gonna judge anyone because I do make pics/vids on concerts all the time so I do understand the frustration. Also, it's not really up to David to decide. It's all about making money. Anyway, thank you so much for the audio ♥

So were they confiscating everyones cell phone too. My friend's cell is meant to be used as a video camera with a cell phone as an added feature. Please old school. The age of cell phones with cameras have totally made the no photo rule obsolete. Plus there are so many pics of David all over the web. Get in the 21st century. Props for the audio.

Yes, the announcers are really giving DC very good PR with his song Heroes on ACC. "From his platinum-selling album...." They also show his CD, everything. I love it! Sports has really embraced that song. It's a kind of song that can be used in various formats commercially. I love Heroes!

I just called the Borgata and asked about their policy and they don't allow cameras either. I asked them why and they said it was because people could take pictures and sell them. So?? It's not like they'd lose money because of it. I think she was making it up. I'm pretty sure they're not going to take pictures and sell them so we wouldn't be taking any of their business away. I need to ask someone who knows what they're talking about.

cinel22...if you're going to the Borgata...bring a camera anyway. You're gonna see all kinds of people taking pics, and you'll be sorry you didn't bring one. There are a LOT of venues who's policy is NO cameras, but they're brought in ALL the time. Just be careful.

Thanks. My camera is pretty big so there would be no hiding it. However I already have a plan in place in case of just such a no camera policy. I upgraded my phone and now get pretty good pics and video from there. Ahhh. The things I've done for David Cook.
