#! fuck tard there is no such tranny ever invented fo the bg dohc or the sohc so keep bullshitting other ppl but if people were smart the would notice that for 140 mph his rpm is only at 3200-3500 the typical rpm for around 100-130 km/h he most likely just changed the face for a mph and kept the km/h module behind it

These cars can in fact go to 140. I personally pushed a 90 SOHC past 120 with power.

Don't know for sure about this one though.....

my protege runs about 3500 at 120 and it is just the lx. BUT, it does however have a flat 6-twin turbo 24 valve DOHC engine with a cold-air intake racing plugs and wires performance injectors and a superchip.

FAKE ////it bet it is fake or ur needles are not showing the right speed..at 120mph and ur video speed is bad and the land around you should be flowing at a much more higher pace buddy !!

heyy how do you got at 120 mph on the protege and still have an active running rpm of 3000 revs while running ,..shouldnt it be more on a smaller lighter car....is that engine modded ?

I can't speak for the F series tranny in the DX but the G series tranny in the LX runs at about 4k @ 75. Certainly not 3k@ 120. (that is assuming the car is a manual since it has a tach) Nice broken speedometer.

You must have the stock final drive. I know a dude running 340WHP on his 94 with a 3.85 final drive that tops out at about 172
