What a clown. How do these people get elected when they are so obviously out of touch. I ride my bike every day because it is driving that is a waste of time. Pick any location within a 5 mile radius and I will get there on my bike before you get there in your SUV. And I won't waste time looking for parking either.

Wow, Governor McDonnell just doesn't get it...maybe if you have a State Police escort then you can make a 3 mile commute in "3 or 4 minutes," but more common citizens are stuck waiting for traffic lights.
In "our busy lives," how many minutes are spent sitting in our cars, waiting for traffic to move?
And if Governor McDonnell thinks that offroad bike paths are the only way to bike from one location to another, he really doesn't get it.
