Do you mean 'Who Do You Love' by The Sapphires? The lyrics to the chorus are fairly similar, although I think the overall vibe of this song is meant to be a bit 60s girl group-ish, which might explain why it sounds so familiar.

Definitely their best song imo. Best Coast does this type of noise-pop way better - the songs are just catchier. Both the Vivian Girls albums I heard a few standout tracks but nothing as significant as this.

I have a demo version of this song that I think is way way better. Its just Frankie Rose playing the song in her apartment. It sounds even sadder, and the harmonies are better. Its such a personal song, it works much better as a solo piece.
