On the guest floors the celling lights are ugly. The lobby is awsome! The rooftop theather nice. The guestroom lights need a update though I think there ugly looking!

Dude Westin is awsome! There no where near bad. Sheraton is indeed a bit of an eyesore but Westin. Ive stayed in Westin's before and they've always been extreamly nice and cheap!.

Sheratons can be nice too!

You should have pushed the up button on 10. This hotel reminds me of the Shariton. Two elevators in that hotel do not service the top floor. Only one out of three does. If you get the middle or the right elevator, you would think that 16 is the top floor, when in fact, the top floor is 17. Don't give up too quickly now.
