The main thing is to basically stay with it over the long term. Everybody must have days where they give in to food temptation, and it's great you're being positive and not blaming yourself.
PLEASE be careful, for whatever you're burning you need to have a lot of protein in your system. I say this, because you could very well cause hypoglycemia if you don't be careful. Great job on the weight loss so far! I don't want to say "Hey you should try.." BUT, if you were to do Weight Watchers [I'm on it myself] you'd earn something called "Activity points." it's a great program! Look into it, so many good things, great job thus far and continue the great progress!
One more thing about WW, you go to meeting and you have support from all over. For instance, I went to my meeting last Saturday there was this super skinny couple behind me. The woman lost over 70 pounds. Her husband lost 103. It was very inspiring.
