I don't get it. This took place in December 1995. This was a month AFTER the Dayton agreement was made in November 1995(The actual signing took place in December in Paris) when three warring factions all around Bosnia ceased firing. You see people still fighting against the Serb army in that movie and it doesn't make any sense, due to the fact the first U.S. troops landed in Bosnia in late November and more huge numbers came in later in December and so on as part of IFOR peacekeeping mission.
