The upper deck is always intact. When the Twins are playing they have that curtain down, but if the Twins make the playoffs they role it up and sell tickets for those seats also. For the Vikes and Gopher games they always have it rolled up though. I think I answered your question.

You may want to double check your facts. The Twins had a day/night double header on Saturday, May 26th, 2001 against the Oakland Athletics. I know this, because I was at both games, and still have the ticket stubs from those games. They lost game 1 on the double header 5-4, and they were sporting the throwback Washington Senators jerseys. They came back on won game 2, 7-6. Look it up if you don't believe me, but this was definitely NOT the first day/night double header in the history of the dome

The new Twins stadium actually looks like it may be the best in baseball. Not the most luxurious, but it will have incredible views and be incredibly intimate with the upper deck cantilevers being much closer than any other park. The surrounding structure and architecture will be very unique vs the ending era of retro parks. Very much a fans' park vs Yankee Stadium being a park for the wealthy.

Is it the same amount of time to change over to the Vikings football field.
How long to convert the football field from the Golden Gophers to Vikings? I would think if all you have to do is change the midfield logo and the words in the end zones and the wall covering surrounding the field, that it wouldn't take long.
