Holy SH*T, Ron Paul was very close with his estimate that the deficit (National Debt) will increase in ONE YEAR by three fourths of a trillion dollars ($750,000,000,000). In the last two weeks (September of 2008) the treasury department has spent over $285,000,000 bailing out Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and AIG (I did not include the CEOs severance packages in that figure). How many other companies that are too big to let fail is the government going to bail out in the next couple of weeks?

It is easy to say, "We do not need to run an empire", but get in the office and he will get, "You can't cut this, because.." To make any real change, he would need the backing of the Congress. Holy SH*T, Ron Paul was very close with his estimate that the deficit (National Debt) will increase in ONE YEAR by three fourths of a trillion dollars ($750,000,000,000). In the last two weeks (September of 2008) the treasury department has spent over $285,000,000 bailing out Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and AIG (I did not include the CEOs severance packages in that figure). How many other companies that are too big to let fail is the government going to bail out in the next couple of weeks?

in the 1930s, our government tried to increase the value of money by removing money from the system. Money was very hard to come by, even if things were "dirt cheap" by our standards.
In other words, the federal reserve purposely deflated our currency to gain control.
Any future depression would be a result of hyperinflation. So, in other words, bread would be $20-30 bucks when our salaries stay low

I'm equally tired of the bible thumpers acting like religious beliefs have an impact on how someone would run our country.
However, on the same note, it is obvious to me you don't know what Islam is about at all. I'm all for freedom of religion, but Islam is a whole new beast. I highly encourage you and anyone else uninformed about Islam to head over to video.google and search for Islam: What The West Needs To Know - the title sums it up. It is time to educate yourselves on Islam people.

Ron poul is not a republican........he is american, a real american who is worried about about his countire's future, its a shame that other republicans dont have such worries infact mccain even said US gonna be in iraq for over 100yrs.lol.by that time everybody except US will be economic powerhouses.
