It´s much easier to fight her in Balacruf (I always do). It´s better to have Sheena in the group when fighting against Jubaris because Japyx and the Seal-Guardian of Water (forgot his/her name) are a lot easier.

You fight her that way is if you got to Hima instead of Izoold like the normal game play is. It's a lot harder though, since you reach up there after you finish the stuff you do in the Palmacosta region.

yeah,if you go north instead of going to izolood,you can go to the tower of mana second instead...theres also being able to get sheena earlier

HEY I NEVER DID FIGHT SHEENA IN THAT TOWER BEFORE. what do you do in order for you to fight her in that tower?

Don't take the boat to Palmacosta, avoid Izool, and take the bridge at the left (on the World Map after beating her the first time) You will do the journey in a different order.
