I always took this song to be about how the world changes people - we all start off as little fat babies and eventually become the people we are, for better or worse. It's an odd reflection of innocence that even the worst people in the world were once little fat babies and perhaps conditioned into their acts. Good art makes you think

@cdovik ha i never got to meet him but one night they had a bit to drink and they tried cooking burgers in the toaster which didnt work so they put them in under one of the lads staying with them's bed sheets. just stuff like that nothing to crazy. he knew my sisters boyfriend (now husbands) through a band he was in at the time in london. he was supposed to be a good laugh. he only visited them a few times. wish i was old enough to understand at the time.
