In terms of the troops being put at risk becasue they are under supplied I would point to the first 12 months+ of the Iraqi conflict where many did not have the right equipment. I do not think Obama's policies are more dangerous. We must keep in mind that he is further along into his presidency now than Bush was when the 9/11 attacks occured. One senior Obama official who also worked for Bush said that the nation is safer now than it was during all of Bush's 8 years in office.
