@wango911 It is indeed still stolen. But to be honest, most of the music you hear from nowadays, is originally composed before the 90's, but remade or remixed in a newer from. An other example is Supermode-Tell Me Why. The original version is Bronski Beat-Smalltown Boy. But also, an other one from MC Hammer-You Can Touch This, is a remixed/remade song from Rick James-Superfreak.

And so, there are many examples of covered, remixed or remade songs.

Hi Tack ripped off the song "Say Say Say" from a member of an online community called "reasonstation" a few years back. He's a complete fraud.
