What is wrong with her mic? Most singers of her status have custom microphones.

It was actually written by Sia Furler and Samuel Dixon. Christina had some input towards the final version which is why she is listen as a co-writer. Sia and Christina are good friends and Sia is writing for Christina's new album. Nevertheless Christina is incredible.
