@noostNL and sorry about that before thought you're thinking about the mission with the cranes, my bad but anyway you could use a cheat for a helicopter and you could still take a boat just swim and take one

@noostNL well if you think about it that mission was in Algonquin, and in Algonquin you could take a boat or take one of the helicopters located around in city, and then you could fly to Happiness Island and get the "Happiness is... Back" sweater. And this isn't one of the "first" missions

You have to go to the Statue of Happiness and climb up the statue. There is a small "pick-up" (Like a set of Body Armor) somewhere up there. Pick it up, and the shirt is yours.
